Tellenar, Inc. manufactures custom stamped electrical terminals and switch components for automotive applications plus transformer connectors, fuse clips, and related hardware for a variety of industries. We have a fully staffed tool room where we build progressive dies, automated assembly equipment, and prototype tooling. Our manufacturing facility includes stamping presses through 110 tons, wire cut, strip and terminate equipment, and spot welding equipment. Tellenar was incorporated in 1984 and is certified ISO 9001:2015. All activities from engineering through packaging and shipping products are performed on site in Crystal Lake, Illinois. We ship products to North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
